My guess - management is trying to nail down a deal. Didn’t want to mention it until they had it in the bag, but DL was making this announcement, so cpz was forced to tease this new deal in order to prevent mass panic and exodus. Ideally, DL would have waited another couple weeks so they could announce it all at once with a plan set up.

They seem to only be asking us to wait a couple more weeks, that sounds fair to me. Definitely sticking around until I find out what’s up.

Just hope they don’t keep pushing the announcement date back, that would be a bad sign. If we aren’t adding planes by November, we’ll be in some trouble
