I agree we have a great career but my personal frustration is the fact that we work for a company that makes billions yet our quality if life is in the toilet due to imo poor decisions from the top. Trip construction, reserve abuse, reroute abuse, deadheads, inability to swap/drop due to zero coverage most days, high alvs, etc. the list goes on and on. But if you want to just fly your butt off and greenslip on your off days have at it.....great place to work.
