Retiring a fleet, starting a fleet, transition pilots, new hires and now upgrade classes. This is with losing a ton of instructors and LCP’s.

Yeeaaahh. Either you a) aren’t a line pilot. b) are a recruiter. c) look for new pilots at conventions d) are really good at blowing smoke up the rear ends of unsuspecting potential airline pilots.

Or e.) All of the above.

Either way, you do not support the collective view of the pilot group. Which is fine. People are learning the truth and are very skeptical. For the short term they’ll take the signing bonus and a nice new shiny jet.
