One thing we did do was cut out the staffing pads and cut hiring. Also cranked up 4 day trips with 8.5ish hour days mixed in to minimize credit. So when it goes to hell, it splatters and takes multiple pilots (that we don’t have) a pile more credit to cover.

I took off with 6 minutes to spare a few weeks ago and ended up blocking 9:21.

Crew cancellations have spiked the last little bit... before we nearly never cancelled. The weather hasn’t changed and ATC delays aren’t anything abnormal for said operation... so, we are left with...
