Although I’d love it if this happened, I’m completely skeptical. A new domicile opening would result in a lot of super senior MD and Z dudes jumping over and totally screw an already screwed training department. It’s more practical to just JA guys to fly their mythical DH to SDF and then start the trip. If we weren’t so far behind the power curve this would make more sense.
Hence the small bids as not to create such large domino effect scenarios. 15 crews creates multiple but manageable backfill training events.
