Or e.) All of the above.

Either way, you do not support the collective view of the pilot group. Which is fine. People are learning the truth and are very skeptical. For the short term they’ll take the signing bonus and a nice new shiny jet.
Check this guy out, he not only knows what all the pilots at Expressjet think, he knows what all the recruits think as well!

“People are learning the truth.” I’m pretty sure “people” can tell the truth from the lies on here. The truth is consistent. The fabrications have to be modified daily as they are discredited one at a time.

The truth is, new hires look at this company as a steppingstone. They will accept ExpressJet’s current contract because a) they like the ability to choose their base right out of training, b) they like the fact they can start immediately and not have to wait on a class date c) the upgrade times are becoming competitive and d) the pay is not that bad. A new hire will make over $65K here his or her first year and $50K the second. By year 3-4 they will be gone! The contract is set up for new hires! They will never pass on the things I have listed for a better duty rig or no rolled days off or whatever. 90% of them don’t even know what that means!

You may not like it, but your rhetoric falls largely on deaf ears.
