Ah yet another story that will have to change within a few months. Let’s assume that the company continues hiring at the rate they have since February 1, when the big new goal was set. About 33 new hires per month. How many months will they average on property? Let’s use 40. 40 x 33 is 1320. With a few hundred lifers lurking around the numbers have to go up.

It is great that so many XJT pilots are seeking career advancement. That should be the goal for everyone.
I hope it continues.
