Either way, you do not support the collective view of the pilot group. Which is fine. People are learning the truth and are very skeptical. For the short term they’ll take the signing bonus and a nice new shiny jet.
Or I take the emotions out of everything. Line pilot for 12 years at Xjet. Never worked for recruiting.
