When I got divorced, a bud said "I don't know whether to say congratulations or I'm sorry". It's not easy right now, but your life WILL be better down the road. Hang in there. We now have a Pilot Family Matters Committee that might be helpful.

Not familiar with the Twin Cities scene, so can't make specific recommendations, but...consider interviewing several of the ones your spouse might be looking at. You'd like them to be "conflicted" out.

I might also ask around to see if they have experience with airline divorces. For examples, there are some nasty games to be played with child custody if the ex has access to your schedule through friends and can dictate parenting time (as in-- drop your parenting time in in the middle of a 5 day trip). Talk to guys/gals you fly with too.

Hopefully, some others will chime in. Many of us have been there.

Will also send a PM.

Good Luck.
