so i'd call the percentage far far lower back then with 7,000 pilots.
the past few weeks have seen OOBGSWC on multiple occasions.
trackers are even commenting in rotations as "will need to cover due to poor pilot staffing"
Those numbers don’t exactly leave any room to interpretation, haha.
