That’s true and a lot of them don’t want to take the paycut to $56 with $1750/mo for two months with no health insurance. And quite honestly I don’t blame them. We as group dropped the ball on new hire pay and benefits. I hear already in this big hiring push we are starting to get some “interesting” folks just like right before the contract.
First year pay everywhere else except frontier is about $90 with healthcare and 15-16% retirement contribution from day one.
I interview soon.. But the pay cut is really a problem for me.. I would have to sell my place and move out of state to still be poor supporting my small family..
