Of course everyone comes because it’s better then their last job, it’s the fact it’s becoming a “better then my regional” mentality issue. It is for sure better then a regional but with this (general) mentality we lost qol in the last contract because even with the loss it was still “better then a regional.” All one has to do is look at how swa negotiations went, there wasn’t (much) of a “better then my regional” mentality over there. After their first ta got shot down they brought in a new negotiation team. It’s a good example of what we should have done.
