I know you newer guys probably don't have much time in training, nor is it something that you want to focus a lot of energy on during that time, but reading through the pilot policy manual and some of the SAPA informational stuff on the EFB while sitting ready reserve would be time well spent.

A lot of the questions that come up here and on the Facebook page are covered in these documents. You'll also might be able to hold crew support and payroll to policy if you know it a little better.
