It is for sure better then a regional but with this (general) mentality we lost qol in the last contract because even with the loss it was still “better then a regional.” All one has to do is look at how swa negotiations went, there wasn’t (much) of a “better then my regional” mentality over there. After their first ta got shot down they brought in a new negotiation team. It’s a good example of what we should have done.

It's always easy to say what we should have done since no one knows what the outcome would have been. It's an argument that's totally unproveable. I agree that it's far from a perfect contract but as much as I hate the phrase, "it is what it is." A majority voted it in. Next time (I'm not saying you personally), all of these stiff ***k keyboard warriors, should do a better job of educating us idiots or maybe ensure that they are doing the negotiations.
