I know that most pilots that suffered through the "lost decade" as regional pilots are waaay more concerned with contract issues than others that came via other avenues. Simply because we suffered with crappy work rules much longer. I will give you that some of the new guys really haven't experienced much abuse simply because they are relatively new to the industry and may be prone to what you are saying. But, you are painting with a very broad brush. This place is way better than a regional, as it should be.
