Depends on the desired base. MSP would be longer than DTW would typically be a little longer than MEM. In any case, you'd be on reserve for quite some time.

For straight reserve, yes.

Call out time at XJ is 1:30 to show, 2:30 to departure. If you live at (or near) your base, most people find life on reserve tolerable... some even prefer it to a scheduled line. If you're the type of person that likes reserve, the street CA position may be a good fit for you.
