Any idea of how long it takes for a Saab FO to upgrade in MSP. I was awarded MSP a while back, but looking at it, it looks like the newest captain in MSP was hired 3 years ago!! I would imagine that the flow-through and 900 slots will start to cause some improvement, but I'm not sure how much.

Anyone have any theories on how MSP's Saab upgrade will look in 6 months or so?
