Wow, they just had to add "except for special pay days".
Another reason why I had bid RSV in NOV and DEC was for the "bad day-worse day" provision. You could always plan on a snow storm in the beginning of those months and the ability to move forward your RSV days and get the holidays off. Not any more.
But I'll enjoy another ham and cheese croissant. Thanks.
