A nice addition to FLICA would be a highlight function in the reserve grid. For example, choose a day on your schedule and it shows which days you are allowed to swap into, either due to green or red-to-red. It’s a pain in the keister to submit a request and then wait 10-300 minutes for it to “process.”

I completely agree, but why should the company make it easy to swap RSV days and/or lineholder trips? Part of me thinks they just want us all to stay in our original bid award and make it difficult to move anything. The company knows people will call in sick when they can’t move trips, which depletes their PTO banks and reduces JB liability for future PTO payouts. Tin foil hat? Maybe? Maybe not?
