The other 767s are painted one in NAC livery and one in StratAir livery. StratAir is not even an airline, they are just a freight forwarding company. But Salt Chuk owns them too.
Yeah. It's semantics. What it is is a dry lease to NAC with a temporary CMI contract, which for most people's purposes means that currently it is a "wet lease". And it's simpler to explain that way. But we all also know that when NAC gets ETOPS, the airframe will not be flown by ATI but rather by NAC. ATSG/CAM has a program they call "wet to dry", where they'll operate the aircraft until you are ready to do so. That's what this is.

Everything else you say is correct. The StratAir plane is a flying billboard for StratAir, and is leased by and operated by NAC.
