By doing the drawdown agreement they can control the when/where/how to some extent and protect us from 36 aircraft disappearing overnight. Big daddy D doesn't care about Compass and wants their new DC carriers staffed, so thus the agreement to post it, the job fairs, etc. OO and RP will be growing and therefore need our pilots, and want to poach us.
