I’m betting on another summer meltdown in 2020. And doesn’t the COO have exposure here? He’s now overseen numerous meltdowns over multiple years.
Last year, they managed to blame the 2018 meltdown on the pretend "work slowdown" in 2017. In 2017 they first blamed the NEO deliveries, then the lack of contract, then AFTER the contract was done they started blaming everyone on the fake "work slowdown". Maybe they're done talking about that.

Still, the wording of the 24 July update is basically "we were counting on PBS to bail us out and it turns out the concession we forced out of the pilots isn't gaining us anything and we're still trying to figure out how to blame it on the pilots again before next year's summer meltdown." Everything old is new again.
