I wonder if this forecast is pricing in a global and domestic recession. I could see them continuing hiring below attrition while negotiations continue, JVs further blossom and scope violations continue in perpetuity. They just have to be manned for summer 2020, and are showing their hand how they make the schedule happen (green slips, IA, sick harassment, MLOA pressure and blame the weather when necessary). At least it's predictable; guess I'll grab the GS when they work for me and be ready to fatigue out of dangerous rotations, reroutes and extensions.
