Would you encourage a pilot friend to join ExpressJet? We have a feeling many of you would say no. We're working on our days off, we're rerouted or reassigned on most every trip, training backups extend new hire training for months and management continues to dangle the carrot of a career at United despite most qualified ExpressJet pilots never getting there. These broad experiences are a deterrent, but personal stories of how the mismanagement of our company have affected you are a stronger story.
We're asking ExpressJet pilots to submit their personal testimonials of training delays, missing important personal events because your schedule was changed, missing out on the United CPP after years of chomping at the carrot, threats of calling in sick going on your permanent record and anything else that has disappointed you in your ExpressJet career. We'll use these de-identified stories on our social media channels, digital ads and in our Deal's Not Done campaign (you will remain completely anonymous). Send your stories to.... The Deal's Not Done!
