The way we get paid on extension (EPS) pay now is how we will get paid. I got 4 pairing extensions last month on reserve from reserve days into reserve days or later in the same day. This is not changing, the section that changed has to do with a pilot not concurring to a duty time extension and that changed last year with the initial Roll out. There is a lot of ways to make make money on reserve at JB if you live in base. One can credit 100 plus a month of take home credit on reserve if one wishes.
Thanks. I’ve been looking, but can’t find what I need to to support the argument. That said, a lot of pilots are grossly misled if reserves are keeping EPS during the middle of their sequence, because those I’ve talked have all thought we are losing that except for the last day. I’ll look harder tomorrow.
