What bothers me is that, yes, you are not allowed to trade what is left, but I'm not talking about trading into conflict. I'm talking about trading what's left to different days where there's no legal problem or conflict. ATTOT will give a 7D error message, even though there isn't one.
When I encountered this, I called swaps and drops who weren't much help. I then consulted the CBA and all I could find was a non-specifically related paragraph saying pilots would be able to use TTOT to trade (not specifically related to transition issues) but nothing saying sequences altered for transition could be restricted in trading.
I then emailed the union with my issue... crickets. I expect if I pressed harder I would have gotten "that's just the way it is" without reference. I've gotten that before on other issues I press on.
