That’s not what I said. There is a big difference between untrue and unprofessional.
Some of it is not so much untrue as just overly dramatic. Acting like our training delays are unique to ExpressJet being one example.
Another example being the focus on low hourly pay rates and totally disregarding the EQO. I’d rather have it all hourly but saying we have the lowest rates in the industry is an attempt at conveying we have the lowest pay in the industry. That IS untrue.
I don’t need to go into detail here. If you can’t figure it out then go on social media and rant about it in a public fashion. Then try to figure out why you can’t get a call back for a job later. Point being there is a time and place as well as a defined channel for grievances and such.
Not all ExpressJet pilots wish to be represented with that tone. Definitely not open to the public like that.

I agree with that sentiment. They agreed to this contract and sold it to us as a good deal. The company won this round so I wouldn’t expect much until Contract talks can start sometime in 2021.
