Any additional education can only help you in the future. Major airlines that want a university-level degree are looking for a BA or BS in any field.
A large part of the degree is the critical thinking, task management, studying, and intelligence skills that you acquire by completing the cirriculum.
So I say do the AS Aviation, and the MBA. I'm sure you won't regret it.
