Airline shrinks, QOL goes down, Airline grows, QOL goes up. I don't understand why this simple concept escapes so many. You and I both know this pilot group has no shot of negotiating QOL. None.
Go ahead and shut it down. The other United Express carriers are dumpster fires also. The regional whipsaw game is over. The market has changed.
Pay us better or shut it down. We have lots of options now.
