Apply to the one where you think you would enjoy the lifestyle more, the two are quite different. Biggest difference is Inc is home based, while X is not, you have to live in domicile. You can transfer between companies but I believe there's a seat lock (1 year IIRC) and the process isn't as straight forward as it seems, but doable. The ones I know of were Inc FOs that came to X to upgrade.
Any inside info about expansion at BFI?
Not much. The runs I've done have all been almost full, and management says overall the route is performing very well. Whether or not that will mean more destinations or more frequencies to/from BFI I don't know.
