Greetings! I'm currently a pilot with a law enforcement agency and will be eligible to retire in 6 months. JetSuite sounds like a fantastic place to work (either Inc or X)! By the time I retire, I will have over 5,000 hours total time. I have a Multi-engine commercial, Single Engine ATP with the ME ATP/CTP Course and Multi-Engine ATP Written Exam completed. I also have about 1,100 hours in a turboprop Cessna Caravan, but only have about 102 hours of multi-engine time, maybe another 50 by the time I retire. I dropped an application with Jetsuite Inc. a couple of weeks ago and have yet to hear from anyone. I was wondering (1) Do you think I'm competitive for either Inc or X? (2) I was told by a friend to just apply for either Inc or X and that, if they were interested, Jetsuite would offer me whichever side they thought I would fit best. Is that the case, or should I apply to both? (3) Did I apply too early? I've heard that 6 months is a good time to start, but others have said that's too early and not to expect a response until I'm a little closer. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
