Yes... the lawyers get theirs first... then agents acting on behalf of the company... and a bunch of other entities there after. And if.... and only if there is money left over, the employees and vendors.
The bankruptcy court is going to rule today about certain pay and benefits the employees are going to receive.
The lawyers will argue on behalf of company to delay such payments as long as possible due to immediate operational needs... a real classy bunch.
