I agree1000%. Problem is, the pilot group will need (I believe) to wait until after a new contract is ratified before firing Teamsters and forming an in-house Union like IPA-one of the strongest if not THE strongest of pilot unions. NetJets fired Teamsters and has their own Union. My friends at NJ are happy with their Union.
I’m all for an in-house Union.
IF we can get the right MEC to do their job properly.
As we all know, the Union is only as strong as it’s MEC.
