Love my EFBII, easily holds a spare set of underclothes, and lunch (and/or flip-flops/shorts/t-shirt). I think it came with a shoulder strap, but I don't use it.

Small TravelPro rollers are nice, too, if you don't want to hand-carry something and really think you might get stuck out somewhere.
