19-05 will lower upgrade time an additional 6 months to 2 yrs? Do explain! This bid is for 30 Captain vacancies on the E-175 in ORD for the new base. Naturally many senior people will move from the E-145 to the E-175 and allow for some upgrades. How will this bring our upgrade time down when EWR is the most junior base?
Upgrade time in ORD is 10yrs, 6 months. What will that come down to with the new bid? 2 yrs?
