I have been told by people outside of F9 they may pass on me thinking I will go to a legacy. Thoughts?
I think as with anyone Frontier hires, you’re going to need to explain why Frontier is a better fit for you than any legacy. If you can make them believe your reasons, then you’ll be fine. But that also goes for anyone not just someone with a lot of time like yourself. It seems to be that if someone highly qualified like yourself doesn’t get hired, it defaults to “well they thought I’d bolt to Delta”. Like the previous poster said, Frontier doesn’t operate that way. If you can provide good reasons you want to work here and interview well, it doesn’t matter your total time.
