Leave and never look back. I was talking with the wife the other day how much it would take for me to take a corporate job in my home town (middle of country, has Fortune 500 companies with planes). A salary of 500k wasn’t even worth it to give up my flexibility, “stability” (if possible at an airline), retirement etc.
