It's 2019, but AAG and Envoy are operating in the 60s with DECS and Pay Comp. Not saying it isn't ridiculous but it is reality. There is a ton of work that has to been inputed by hand for 2500 pilots done by a department with only a handful of people. Actually not that difficult if they’re just applying a change in rate with backpay.
All they have to do is change your rate and input the effective date. The payroll system in phx then automatically backpays you.
