Almost everyone fails check rides occasionally. and we all know the initial CFI reputation..
However your first instinct to blame the DPE will not put you in good stead with a recruiter.
You're going to have to find a way to explain
your multiple CFI failures. This is an opportunity to create a great narrative to make an interviewer want to hire you. Don't squander it by making everything someone else's fault.
