It may have indeed been an issue with the DPE. I know many people that for screw without being at fault, what we are all trying to say here is regardless of what happened, whenever you walk into an interview it’s all your fault 100%, you learned, made you a better pilot and you moved on. It goes great lengths when you can show you understand accountability that believe it or not a lot of people lack.
