I have heard 20+ LCAs currently have interviews at one of the big 3 or FedEx/UPS in the coming month. Attrition will continue to increase despite the recent pay raise.
My immediate goal is to finish my Bachelor's and try to get out before my flow date.
Seniority is everything, I don't know why anyone wouldn't try their hardest to get hired outside the flow. That makes absolutely no sense.
