There are no reasonable hotels in those areas that don't involve a mile walk to the water. And the drive down Hwy 1 takes just as long as the drive to Long Beach.

Long Beach is the best overnight in the system. Easy access to beach, waterfront, good food (and so much variety of it,) bars, bike rental, and a clean, safe area.

Don't F this up, nothing else will be this good.
