Was wondering that as well since we're paid ahead of time for what we are scheduled to fly and were paid at old rates for the first check of September. So we should, in theory, have back pay for the first pay period of September as well. I also don't like his wording of basically "we'll let you know when you'll get the retro pay" giving the assumption they're going to go past the September 30 deadline. Which wouldn't surprise me seeing as there looks to be no penalties if they do.
Maybe an email as to why it's taking so long, even though a few years ago when all FOs got a pay raise and it was immediately reflected in our pay. But emails that say nothing are good too I guess.
