Spot on really and our union really dropped the ball with this whole entire process. Why didn’t someone raise their hand and question why we would allow a completely open ended deal like this.
Sometimes it feels like the lawyer who that approved our LOA got his contract law schooling online. No deadlines, no penalties, full of loose ends.
That is, if there was even a lawyer who looked over it.
