You’ll be doing weekends or reserve for a while in FLL. As of now it’s possible to hold weekends off in the northeast bases with less than 6 months on property.



FLL recently went to a July 24 hire. Check the system bid thread. It varies from class to class. Tough to say how it will look moving forward but the award that came out the other day had many junior folks going to FLL.



On reserve? 13 or 14 days off in 30 or 31 day bid periods, respectively. Can drop one additional day if the grid is green (LOL).



Day turns tend to go senior. If you like island redeye turns then you should be able to pick those up pretty easily.
