Now it’s a regular thing to have rotations that include a deadhead before, within and after an ocean crossing.
Trip how does that affect our level of safety?
I just flew from London to Atlanta then deadheaded to EWR then an hour to hotel arriving after midnight. Then back to London at 11pm. I’m sick now. It just about killed this old man.
Is this good business?
As someone who went thru some silly trips this summer I agree that the company has gone overboard on the optimizer. Seems every 5 years or so they try to power thru a summer with DL reduced staffing and Greenslips. Then weather shows up
