When you don't have a fundamental understanding of airline economics and the status of yields in certain theatres you will get your clock cleaned by management everytime. If you want to beat management you have to be able to think and act like them. When you start of a debate with "dude" it shows you're more in tune with emotion vs the realities of the airline business

NavyFlyer points out WestJet buying (relatively) huge numbers of 787s and you decide to call it “fleet renewal??” Exactly which aircraft are they “renewing?”
