Yes. You would be awarded CA as soon as the next vacancy was posted. They typically run bids every 3 months. They're also offering extra money for the next couple of months:

I see you never mentioned anything about life on reserve. See post above the quoted one. You’re looking at years on reserve and a possible build up of LGA flying so I hope wherever you live is worth the commute there for the foreseeable future.
