Yes this is true, my question was rhetorical. Seems lots don't understand how flows work.

Well see here's my question...if you have a flow and your company isn't letting anyone flow due to staffing levels (or the fact that we're not running classes right now) do you realize that once we start classes AND you start losing airframes anyone who is eligible can and will flow per the agreement?
