Everything the company is doing is within the limits of the contract, I talked to Peter S several times and predicting/forecasting pilots in and out of bases is not as easy as we think. Like I said, I think it blows but its an airline, you knew it coming into it that you may not get your base of choice.........
I had made that post originally because I couldn't imagine XJet's contract would be lacking in respect to domicile awarding...apparently it is? I'm sorry - and I mean no disrespect here, but having to place a PermBid and having the responsiblity on
me to find a replacement for my position doesn't sound appealing. I'm sure the system works slightly better than what ya'll are seeing at the moment given quicker movement through the domiciles, but I still wouldn't want to be limited like that. I very much enjoy the freedom of moving from base-to-base from month-to-month. My .02...
